How do I change the name of my company?
First, call or send an email to the Membership Administrator and let us know what is going on. The telephone number is 573-556-8117.
Do the following:
- Download and complete the Company Name Change form.
- Submit new Membership Agreement
- Submit new IMAP form - to manage your mapping database online
- Submit new Internet Release form - to receive tickets by e-mail
- Update membership information - request user name & password
These documents can be faxed to 573-635-8402.
What do I do if my company purchases another company?
Call or send an email to the Membership Administrator and let us know whose assets you purchased. The telephone number is 573-556-8117.
The company whose assets you purchased will need to contact the Membership Administrator to discuss the transfer of their assets to your mapping database.
What do I do if my company has been purchased?
Call or send an email to the Membership Administrator to let us know what is happening. The telephone number is 573-556-8117.
If your company is selling off all assets please provide the new owner with your database information. This will help expedite the process for all parties involved. If the new owner is not yet a member of Missouri One Call they will need to become a member under the Missouri State Law, RSMO Chapter 319.020.
How do I add or remove assets on my current mapping database?
To add or remove assets you may want to use our online mapping application; IMAP. IMAP allows you to manage your assets anytime online. To use IMAP you will first need to complete an IMAP User Form. Click here to get the IMAP Form. Complete the form and fax back to the number on the form. You will then be sent an email with User Information.
If you choose not to use IMAP contact the Mapping Database Administrator at 573-636-1550 to discuss paper map or digital submissions.
