How to Access Your Company Reports
- If you have previously signed up, click here to log in.
- If you do not have a log in or password send an e-mail to moitic@occinc.com including your name, company, phone number, fax number, mailing address, e-mail address, district code and a requested password to use when logging in.
Reviewing your member reports allows you to:
- Identify problem excavators
- Audit contract locators
- Support budget proposals
- Obtain excavator contact information
- Support damage investigations
- Research year to year history
Many members use their reports daily.
All reports can be searched by any date range going back 5 years.
You can use “Ticket Search” to search for the following criteria:
| Ticket number Caller name Phone numbers Type of Work Work done for Street |
Ticket type Caller ID Company Equipment House number Intersecting street |
You can use “District Summary” to view a count of all types of tickets transmitted to your district code for any date range.
You can use “Ticket Transmission” to view all tickets sent to your district code. This report contains:
- Ticket number
- District code
- Time of Transmission
- Ticket Type
These three reports are the most commonly used.
Review the other reports on in the list to determine what information they can provide.
