Welcome and Introduction
Dear Future Member,
Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a utility member of Missouri One Call (MOCS). Membership is required of all underground utility owners in the State of Missouri as per the “Underground Facility Safety and Damage Prevention” laws passed in 2001. MOCS is a non-profit corporation, supported by our membership and governed by a Board of Directors chosen by our membership.
In order to start the membership process the following items will need to be completed. Click on the links below to learn more.
- Membership Information Forms and Agreement
- Mapping - You will need to submit a map depicting the location of your facilities.
Once the above items are received we can begin the process of creating your database. After you have approved your mapping, you will be notified that you are being activated and about to begin receiving tickets.
Upon activation, the law requires that you mark your facilities in accordance with the ticket information so that the excavation can proceed as safely as possible.
