Paper Maps
If you are going to use a paper map you already have, please follow these guidelines:
- The map should show a scale and have clearly identifiable reference points (i.e. named highways and roads and the name of the county.)
- The map does not need to depict the township, range and section as long as it has the above identifiable reference points.
- The map should not exceed 3 feet by 2 feet in size.
Each map must have the following information:
- Company name
- Contact person
- Telephone number
- Address
Using a bright color, draw a boundary/buffer around your coverage area or highlight along the roads on the map to indicate the location of your underground facilities. Be aware that we will digitize along the outer edge of the drawn lines, regardless of width.
If you do not have a paper map we can send you one. Call our mapping department at 573-636-1550 to request a plot map be mailed to you.
