Mapping Approval Process
For IMAP and electronic/digital data:
You will view, verify and approve the database directly online. You will receive an email after each of the following processes:
- When the database has been submitted for verification
- When the database has been verified
- When the database is being installed
Once the approval process has been completed your database will be installed and put online. At this point your company will be listed as a member of the Missouri One Call System.
For paper maps:
Once we have digitized your coverage area into our computer system, we will send you a paper map(s) depicting your database and an approval letter with instructions on how to approve your map(s) or make changes. We request you look over each map carefully. After we receive your approved maps, we will then be able to place you online as a member of the Missouri One Call System.
