Utility Member Information
Missouri One Call (MOCS) has approximately 1300 utility owners and operators as of April 2011.
In 2001 state laws were passed making it mandatory that all utility owners and operators of underground facilities in the State of Missouri belong to a notification center. Missouri One Call System, Inc., is the notification center in Missouri. (Click here to read RSMo Chapter 319.022, subsections 1, 2 and 3).
MOCS is a non-profit corporation, supported by our membership and governed by a Board of Directors chosen by our membership. The administrative office and call center operations are in Jefferson City, MO.
