Basic Information
About
ITIC - Internet Ticketing
Missouri
excavators and MOCS member utilities have been using the ITIC
program for several years now. ITIC users have the ability
to process Routine, Design and Renewal locate requests as
well as view, search and print tickets. MOCS member utilities
also have the ability to run reports for their District Code(s).
ITIC offers the advantage of speed, increased accuracy
and the ability to process a ticket 24 hours a day, 7 days
a
week.
There
are now two versions of ITIC available
The first version will allow the user
to process a new routine locate request, including mapping
the location, via the Internet. This version requires attending
a short training class.
The second version gives the user the ability to enter the
text portion of the request via the Internet and the
call center will then map the location. This version
does not require training and registration can be done
in only a few minutes.
After the registration is complete, ITIC users simply
select the link to ITIC from the Missouri One Call
web page, log
on using their personalized password, enter the required
information and submit the locate request.
Once the ticket is complete, the confirmation number
and a copy of the ticket are emailed to the user,
including
the list of utilities.
Training
Classes are being
scheduled at different locations across the state and are
approximately two hours long. To find the date of the next
class in your area, check out the training
schedule.
Interactive Online Training is also available to our ITIC
users with high speed internet.

Register
Go
to contractor
link to ITIC. This
will take you to the Login/Registration page. Enter
your email address, telephone number, and check the box
next to I agree to “Terms and Conditions” then
click “Register”.
Once you have registered, an email will be sent to the
email address provided. Please respond to that email with
the information
requested to start processing locate requests online. Once
you are set up in our system, you will receive an email
including the ITIC Manual which is the complete guide to
processing
your locate requests online.
