Learn About ITIC
There are two versions of ITIC available
The first version will allow the user to process a new routine locate request, including mapping the location, via the Internet. This version requires attending a short training class.
The second version gives the user the ability to enter the text portion of the request via the Internet and the call center will then map the location. This version does not require training and registration can be done in only a few minutes.
After the registration is complete, ITIC users simply select the link to ITIC from the Missouri One Call web page, log on using their personalized password, enter the required information and submit the locate request.
Once the ticket is complete, the confirmation number and a copy of the ticket are emailed to the user, including the list of utilities.
